Return Policy: 

If you need to return or exchange a product purchased on our site, please email us at venuslingerietoronto@hotmail.com to organize it. Once your return is approved: 

  • For Canadian Customers: Return the eligible garment(s) using any trackable service or Items can be exchanged in person at our store

DO NOT SEND THE RETURN WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS! 

Venus lingerie does not offer refunds for any items—store credit or exchange only. Store credit is valid for 12 months, and expires after that time. Customer is responsible for keeping their store credit slip and/or email, as we are not able to retrieve credit.

We will promptly process return or exchanges  for qualified items returned within 14 days of the shipping date. To be eligible for return or exchange, garments must be returned in their original condition—unwashed, unworn, and with all labels and tags intact, and a copy of your original invoice.  

Items Not Eligible for Return: 

Due to hygiene law in Canada and health regulations and the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for silicone breast enhancers, breast forms and shapers, items with a gusset/crotch section or those that come with attached panties. This includes: 

  • Underwear garments
  • Bra and nipple covers
  • swimwear
  • shapewear
  • Lingerie sets with matching panties
  • All types of panties, including men’s underwear

All SALE items (products marked with a red tag). 

These products are considered as FINAL SALE, and no returns are possible.  

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. 

Other Non-Returnable Items: 

  • Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be returned.
  • Conditions for Product Return:

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags intact, unworn, and free of any fragrances, including (but not limited to) bodily odours, perfumes, food, smoke, pet hair, and stains. Products in any condition other than as they were initially sent will not qualify for a return, credit, or exchange. 

  • Items with discount codes: Items purchased using discount codes from various promotions MAY be exchanged. Items that are marked down on sale are NOT eligible for exchange.
  • Venus Lingerie is not responsible for loss or damage that may occur during shipment of the item (s) you are returning.

 

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, and any duties incurred, for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
